Born and raised in Southern California, Nicolo Rusconi is a passion-based hospitality entrepreneur, hotelier, and brand experience architect with a portfolio that spans industries. Nico has cofounded and led numerous companies throughout his career including pioneering real estate development company BLVD Hospitality, fast-casual restaurant chain Chicas Tacos, and DTLA-focused event company LaunchDTLA. The hotel has received numerous awards and accolades during Blanchard's and Rusconi's ownership including receiving one of Michelin's first ever Michelin Keys and Condé Nast's Best New Hotels in the country.

He currently sits on the board of directors for the Los Angeles Conservation Corps and the advisory board for the Santa Monica Conservancy.
